Hi, I’m Lejla, founder of Elemet Dietetics

I’m a self-proclaimed foodie who loves everything about food! As a dietitian, I’m passionate about helping people discover the power of nutrition in their lives.

I believe life is all about balance—there's no ‘right’ or ‘wrong’ when it comes to food, and it also doesn’t have to be complicated! Together, we’ll view food for what it truly is—fuel—and ditch the labels of ‘good’ or ‘bad,’ ‘healthy’ or ‘unhealthy.’

My goal is to help you identify your personal health objectives and work together to achieve them, all while enjoying the journey.
